Renewable green energy for Bønnerup Harbour
The choice of 100% WINDenergy (VINDenergi) via Scanenergi is an attractive agreement for commercial foundation Fonden Bønnerup Fiskeri- og Lystbådehavn.
Operations Manager Lars Mohr Christensen highlights several advantages of the agreement that commercial foundation Fonden Bønnerup Fiskeri- og Lystbådehavn has entered into with Scanenergi:
“For some time, we have been working on landing a more attractive agreement on supplying electricity to Bønnerup Harbour, and that agreement is now in place and is an excellent agreement,” states Lars Mohr Christensen.
“We can confidently underline that this is an incredibly attractive choice for Bønnerup Harbour. We don’t now just buy clean, green wind turbine power – we also get a saving on the price of electricity. Furthermore, the agreement releases otherwise tied-up capital regarding the payment terms of the previous supplier,” explains Lars Mohr Christensen.
Commercial foundation Fonden Bønnerup Fiskeri- og Lystbådehavn has converted its electricity purchases to 100% renewable and CO2 neutral energy produced by Danish wind power from August 2021.
The choice of WINDenergy helps to protect the environment and strengthen both production and investment in environmentally friendly energy.
